"Sitting back after posting things in Facebook will not do. We have to go to the people, establish contacts and hold meetings and work together as a team," Bhagat said adding that piece meal approach would not work.
Bhagat, the newly elected MLA from Lohardaga, said the party has improved its strength (with seven MLAs) in the Jharkhand Assembly and will make its presence felt in the House.
A party delegation would meet Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on February 5 to discuss the issue of MGNREGA.
