Jharkhand govt constructing houses for leprosy patients: CM

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that the state government is constructing houses for leprosy patients.
A total four hundred houses are being built in Jamshedpur and soon houses would be built for them in Ranchi and Dhanbad, an official release said quoting Das.
A programme is being prepared for 1300 leprosy patients, who are unable to work, Das said, adding their children would be trained in skill development and would be connected with job.
Meeting the representatives of Nippo Foundation of Japan, the chief minister said there is much similarity in the culture of Japan and India, adding Japan is a natural partner and friend.
Japanese language is being taught in Jharkhand and it would benefit the people of the state, Das said, according to the release.
