Addressing the programme at the Football Stadium here, Murmu said the state entered its 17th year and has progressed in different areas playing an important role in the development of the country.
The dream and pledge for which Jharkhand was created should be attained with determined pledge by everyone, she said.
Murmu maintained people's aspirations would be fulfilled with effective execution and their quality of life would improve.
