Jind sugar mill workers go on strike to demand salary

Workers of the Jind Cooperative Sugar Mill went on a strike today alleging that they had not been been paid salaries for last four months.
President of Jind Cooperative Sugar Mill Workers' Union Omprakash said the employees would not start working until due salaries are paid. "Despite the issue being raised with the mill's management, no proper steps have been taken yet," he said.
