"The BJP should prove its nationalistic character," state President JKNPP Youth Wing and former minister,Yashpal Kundal, told reporters here today.
He said that if they (BJP) feel they do have a nationalistic character then they should withdraw the support from the "unholy alliance without any delay to save the interest of the state and the country".
Kundal said that otherwise the seething anger of the nationalist people of Jammu region would blow the saffron party to smithereens.
State JKNPP president Balwant Singh Mankotia accused the BJP for its pusillanimous surrender of all the Jammu related core issues before the PDP for the power.

He said, "reorganization of the state is the only way out from the present turmoil and creation of a separate Jammu Pradesh shall only liberate the people from all miseries and discrimination".
After a gap of five years, Jammu and Kashmir Government yesterday allowed Geelani to hold the rally where his supporters including Masarat Alam, released from jail last month, raised pro-Pakistan slogans and others waved Pakistani flags.
Besides the Hurriyat flags, some supporters were also seen carrying Pakistani flags as they chanted pro-Pakistan and pro-freedom slogans.
