JKPPM favours hill council status for Poonch, Rajouri

"Both the districts can be taken to the path of progress if the government announces a hill council status for them or restores state status to Poonch," JKPPM Chief Executive Shahbaz Khan said

He claimed the two suggestions were part of a roadmap prepared by the organisation to help people of Poonch and Rajouri.
