JLL has recently announced foray into e-commerce to sell homes through platform JLLR.Co.In. It had last month tied up with marketplace Snapdeal and a mobile-based property brokers network BroEx.
Online sale, starting tomorrow, would showcase residential properties across 96 projects by 64 developers in 15 cities.
Apartments price are in the range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 4.5 crore, with discounts in the range of 5-8 per cent.
Indiabulls would exclusively offer home loans starting 9.50 per cent interest with zero processing fees, it added.

Developers participating in the fest include Embassy, Prestige, Purvankara, K Raheja Corp, Ekta World, Plaza, M3M, AIPL and Signature Developers.
"JLL India's launch of the Online Home Fest takes the sting out of property search by featuring select properties which have been carefully examined by our expert team, and deals curated to suit the specific needs of today's home buyer," JLL India CEO - Residential Services Ashwinder Raj Singh said.
