Earlier this month, JLL India announced a 10-day online home festival offering apartments in over 100 housing projects at a discount of 5-8 per cent. It had last month tied up with marketplace Snapdeal and a mobile-based property brokers network BroEx.
"JLL India's Online Home Fest, launched on April 5, has... resulted in deal closures worth over Rs 30 crore," JLL India said in a statement.
The company has now extended the online sale till April 30. JLL has partnered Indiabulls to offer exclusive home loans starting 9.50 per cent interest with zero processing fees.
