Legend will be joined by former NBC exec Jeff Gaspin and his Primary Wave Entertainment to produce the new show.
With "Rhythm & Flow", Netflix is venturing into the talent discovery format, following the example of "American Idol" and "The X Factor".
No further details about have surfaced about the show and it is unclear about Legend's role in the competition series, aside from his producer credit.
