Lever performed at a musical and comedy show titled, 'Sound of the souls' at the central jail number one.
"These are great people, I loved performing here. I'll always look forward to an opportunity like this. The event according to me has been a hit with the support of the officials and enthusiasm of the inmates.
"These people need love. Love can reform any being and that is what is missing in their life, which has led them to such unsocial path. I'd give only one message to these people that forget everything and spread love," Lever said.
"Music is a universal concept, anybody anywhere can connect with it. The inmates here have responded to the musical feast in a very appreciating manner."

The event, attended by DG Delhi, prisons, Alok Verma, DIG Mukesh Prasad, jail number one superintendent Rajesh Chauhan and other senior jail officials, also saw a performance by Shiamak Davar's group.
Chauhan said that this is the first time an event of this level was organised in Tihar.
"This was an effort to mitigate the negativity and dullness from the jail premises. We wanted to change the mood of the inmates and make them feel good. Both the inmates and the senior officials are happy with the show. It was also an effort to bring everyone together," Chauhan said.
