Jowar eases on reduced offtake
Press Trust of India New Delhi Barring a fall in jowar prices on reduced offtake by consuming industries, other grains held steady at the wholesale market today.
Traders said fall in demand from consuming industries against sufficient stocks led to the fall in jowar prices.
In the national capital, jowar yellow and white eased to Rs 1,500-1,520 and Rs 2,520-2,620 per quintal respectively.
