The judicial commission probing into the Gumudumaha police firing in Kandhamal district, in which five people including an infant were killed, today submitted its report to the Odisha government.
Justice Janab Mohammed Ajmal, who headed the commission, said he submitted the 104-page report to the Home department.
Five tribals including an infant were killed and seven others injured in the firing by security forces, who suspected them to be Maoists during anti-Maoist operation near Gumudumaha village on July 8, 2016.
