The two have filed anticipatory bail applications, which would be heard on July 6.

After a raid on the party at a hotel Oakwood in suburban Juhu last month, police had rounded up 92 persons for suspected consumption of drugs. According to police, 44 of them tested positive for drugs, while results of others, including two IPL cricketers Wayne Parnell and Rahul Sharma, were awaited.

Yesterday, the special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act court had rapped the police for allowing all the 92 persons to go home after giving blood and urine samples. The court had also asked why the event manager was not arrested.
