Jui defeats Ashita to enter final

Jui squandered a handy 2-0 lead before overcoming Ashita 3-2 to set up a title clash with fellow-Bombay Gymkhana rival and top seed Aishwarya Bhattacharya.

Ranked in the third-fourth slot, Ananya Dabke of neighbouring Thane district also survived an early challenge to get the better of unseeded J S Krithica of the India Squash Academy, Chennai 3-1 and enter into the girls U-11 final, where she will face Delhi's top seed Megha Bhatia.

In the corresponding boys' section, Advait Adik was stretched fully by Neel Joshi in an all-Mumbai semifinals before earning a spot in tomorrow's final against top seed Yash Fadte of Goa.

Boys U-11: 1-Yash Fadte (Goa) bt Druv Vazirani 11-6, 11-2, 11-3; 2-Advait Adik bt Neel Joshi 11-7, 11-6, 6-11, 6-11, 11-5.

Girls U-11: 1-Megha Bhatia (Delhi) bt Aaryaa Ogale 11-5, 11-8, 11-2; Ananya Dabke bt J S Krithica (TN) 9-11, 12-10, 11-4, 11-6.

Girls U-15: 1-Aishwarya Bhattacharya bt Ridhi Sampat 11-5, 11-2, 11-5; 2-Jui Kalgutkar bt Ashita Bhengra (TN) 11-3, 12-10, 8-11, 7-11, 11-6.
