Justice B P Ray transferred to Orissa HC

A full court reference was held in the Kerala High Court today to bid farewell to Justice Bhavani Prasad Ray, who has been transferred to Orissa High Court.
Chief Justice Manjula Chellur, Advocate General K P Dandapani and High Court Advocates Association President Shaji P Chally, spoke at the function.
With this transfer, the strength of the bench is 33.
