"I won't comment," he told PTI when asked whether he had resigned as chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission (WBHRC) following allegations of sexual harassment by a law intern.
Justice Ganguly met the Governor at Raj Bhavan here for about 45 minutes which triggered speculation about his resignation, but he left evading mediapersons.
Raj Bhavan sources also declined to divulge what transpired during Justice Ganguly's meeting with the Governor.
He declined to comment on his telephonic conversation with former Attorney General Soli Sorabjee.
