"Let me thank you all for the outstanding assistance from each one of you. Neither it is a lip service for me as I have recorded this in the order also," Justice Khehar said on behalf of the five-judge bench.
He has also penned his gratitude in the judgement which reads: "Before parting with the order, I would like to record my appreciation for the ablest assistance rendered to us, by the learned counsel who addressed us from both the sides. I would also like to extend my deepest sense of appreciation to all the assisting counsel, who had obviously whole heartedly devoted their time and energy in the preparation of the case, and in instructing the arguing counsel."
"I would be failing in my duty, if I do not express my gratitude to my colleagues on the Bench, as also, learned counsel who agreed to assist the Bench, during the summer vacation. I therefore, express my gratefulness and indebtedness to them, from the bottom of my heart," the concluding part of judgement said.
