Joint manager (Production) Jagannath Biswal (58) was found dead in his official quarter where he was staying with his wife.
Biswal was alone in the house as his wife had gone to Hyderabad two days back and a milkman called the neighbours after he got no response from the house today.
The neighbours broke-open the the door and found Biswal in unconscious state. They took him to the hospital
