Anwar had lodged a police complaint two days ago that his bike was robbed allegedly by two boys near Uttam Nagar West Metro station.
Anwar had advertised his bike on a popular e-commerce website and was called near the Metro station.
During a test drive of the bike, the accused speed away on the vehicle while his accomplice too managed to flee, said a police officer.
The accused wasidentified by the complainant through a Facebook page on which a photo of his bike was also posted, he said.
