The company had posted a net profit of Rs 21.45 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal, it said in a filing to BSE.
Consolidated net sales rose to Rs 396.11 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 355.93 crore a year ago.
For the full year 2014-15, consolidated net profit climbed to Rs 121.12 crore, from Rs 81.43 crore in the same period a year earlier.
In a separate filing to BSE, Jyothy Laboratories said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share of Re 1 each for 2014-15.
The stock was today trading at Rs 265 in the afternoon trade on BSE, up 4.70 per cent from its previous close.
