Jyoti Randhawa best Indian at 24th after two rounds in Korea

Jyoti Randhawa endured a long day, playing 24 holes, but moved to three-under after 36 holes in the euro 2,205,000 Ballantine's Championship where play was suspended due to fading light today.
Randhawa was the top Indian in provisional 24th place at three-under, as he first completed his first round in even par 72 and then added a second round 69.
SSP Chowrasia and Shiv Kapur were also set to make the cut as they sat at one-under. Chowrasia, who shot 71 in first round, still had six holes to play in second round, while Kapur had seven more holes to go.

Things were looking somewhat grim for others, as C Muniyappa was tied 66th at 66th with 13 more holes to go.
The seasoned Jeev Milkha Singh, who had 73 in first round, was one-over through 11 holes in second and from two-over he will need to make up fast to make the cut.
Gaganjeet Bhullar was further down at three-over after a 72 in first round. He has eight more holes to go. Anirban Lahiri (74-75) was sure to miss the cut and Himmat Rai (77 and even par after eight holes) would need a big fightback to stay on first last two rounds. Also going home early was Digvijay Singh (79-74).

Thailand's Arnond Vongvanij posted a second round three-under-par 69 to share the clubhouse lead with Australia's Wade Ormsby, winner of the Panasonic Open India.
