Kabli gram weakens on muted demand

Barring a fall in kabli gram prices on sluggish demand from retailers, other pulses held steady at the wholesale pulses market today.
Traders said subdued demand from retailers against adequate stocks position kept pressure on kabli gram prices.
In the national capital, kabli gram small variety declined by Rs 100 to Rs 10,000-10,400 per quintal.
Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 7,250-8,850, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 7,700-7,800, Urad best Rs 7,800-8,300, Dhoya Rs 8,200-8,500, Moong Rs 5,200-5,800, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,700-6,000, Moong Dhoya local Rs 6,300-6,800 and best quality Rs 6,800-7,000.
Masoor small Rs 5,300-5,500, bold Rs 5,350-5,550, Dal Masoor local Rs 5,750-6,250, best quality Rs 5,850-6,350, Malka local Rs 6,300-6,800, best Rs 6,400-6,900, Moth Rs 4,200-4,500, Arhar Rs 6,300, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 8,200-10,000.
Gram Rs 10,200-10,700, Gram dal (local) Rs 11,000-11,300, best quality Rs 11,400-11,500, Besan (35 kg), Shakti Bhog Rs 4,900, Rajdhani Rs 4,900, Rajma Chitra Rs 6,000-8,800, Kabuli Gram small Rs 10,000-10,400, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 5,400-5,600, Peas white Rs 2,950-2,975 and green Rs 3,200-3,300.
