The company, which has interests in steel and paints, had in 2013-14 clocked Rs 921 crore revenue, with steel business contributing around Rs 793 crore and the remaining coming from the paints division.
"The demand for both steel and paints is likely to go up in the current fiscal with the new government at the Centre is expected to push spending on infrastructure. We are expecting 20 per cent growth in topline this fiscal," said Satish Agarwal, CMD, Kamdhenu Ispat.
"We are strategically moving ahead in the decorative segment of paint market across the country, and now we have grabbed substantial market share quite successfully," he said.
Kamdhenu Ispat mainly operates through "franchise" model for its steel business in association with various manufacturing plants spread across the country.
