Terming as "illegal" the notice sent by the Anti- Corruption Branch (ACB) to Dikshit in the alleged scam, Mishra said the anti-graft body was treating him, who was a complainant, as an accused, but the agency had a soft stand in case of the former Chief Minister.
On June 23, ACB had sent a notice to the Water Minister asking him to appear before it on July 4. Last week, it also sent a notice to Dikshit in the scam which had allegedly taken place in 2010.
Yesterday, Dikshit had questioned the "timing" of the "politically motivated" charges against her pertaining to the alleged multi-crore water tanker scam.
Last month, ACB had registered a case in the case but had not named Dikshit in the FIR.
