The 31-year-old 'EastEnders' actress and professional dancer were paired on series eight of the BBC celebrity dancing competition in 2010, winning the series and becoming a romantic couple soon after, reported Telegraph.
"We are not together. We're fine, but we aren't a couple any more. The reason I haven't spoken about it is because I hate reading about myself in that way," Tointon said.
Tointin previously said that she had decided against having a TV romance before entering the competition added that "you can't help it if you meet someone amazing".
