The Kardashian sisters, who have been working on their make-up range for quite sometime, will launch it next month and it will be called Khroma Beauty, reported Daily Mirror.
However, Michael Rey, the co-owner of the similarly named cosmetic brand Chroma Makeup, said his range has taken him years to build up an A-list clientele and Kardashians have cheapened their products to create a marketplace.
He has written to his clients to assure them Chroma is not linked in any way to the "low-budget cosmetic products" of the sisters.
He has also hired a legal team and is hoping the girls will change the name before he has to take any action.
The Kardashians were not available for comments on the issue.
