The Duchess of Cambridge joined hundreds of pupils at St. Catherine's Primary in Edinburgh for a special assembly yesterday organised by Place2B children's mental health charity, which she is a patron of.
"I think everybody should start their morning like that. Have a wonderful day," she told the pupils after she joined in with their clapping and singing of 'Welcome Everybody'.
According to the 'Metro', Kate met teachers after she was presented with a quaich, a Scottish toasting cup.
She later joined British tennis champion Andy Murray's mother, Judy Murray, at a tennis workshop in the city and queried about the right age for her son, Prince George, to take up tennis.
The Duchess risked a row about royal spending by taking a helicopter from the family home Anmer Hall in eastern England to Edinburgh for a day of engagements yesterday.
