Katie Holmes denies dating producer Rick Schwartz

Katie Holmes' representative has shot down reports that the actress went on a date with movie producer Rick Schwartz, insisting Holmes met Schwartz to talk about business.
There were reports that Tom Cruise's ex-wife enjoyed a date with the producer earlier this week, reported Ace Showbiz.
Earlier this month, Holmes shot a topless photo for Allure magazine's cover. Cruise reportedly was not happy with the photo shoot.
Holmes and Cruise got divorced in June last year after six years of marriage.
