The 49-year-old singer's chart-topping single "Blue Ain't Your Color" was named Video of the Year and Male Video of the Year, while his collaborative track with Carrie Underwood "The Fighter" was awarded Collaborative Video of the Year during the ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee.
Additionally, Urban took home Social Superstar of the Year Award, reported Billboard.
"I love making music, I love making videos ... Who knows how long you get to do it," said Urban, who also thanked his fans and his actress-wife Nicole Kidman, who sat in the audience.
Another musician who walked away with more than one trophy was Underwood.

Other winners included Little Big Town, Lauren Alaina and Florida Georgia Line who won in one category each.
Pop singer Jason Derulo was also among the winners, thanks to his performance of "Want to Want Me" with Luke Bryan on "CMT Crossroads" last year.
