Kejriwal is scheduled to address a mega rally at Campal ground in Panaji on May 22. The party has already announced to contest in all 40 constituencies for the Assembly polls.
"I will not deny that it is a litmus paper test. But, moreover the rally is to tell people what kind of governance is possible. We have proved it in Delhi," AAP national secretary Pankaj Gupta told PTI.

Gupta has been camping in the coastal state since long and holding corner meetings and membership campaigns.
"Four years back if someone had to tell people that governance is possible without corruption, no one would have believed. Now, people have seen governance without corruption," he said.
"The choice was always between big and small evil during the elections. But now we are providing the choice who is not evil at all," Gupta said.
The leader attacked Congress and BJP, saying that the former looted people while the ruling party at the Centre was no better.
He said their campaigns including the one where people can become AAP members by giving a missed call, are running successfully.
"The May 22 rally is like putting together all the work we have done in the state. It will be reflection of our work and also projection of the future," Goa AAP unit co-ordinator Rajashree Nagarcekar said.
