"She'll be there," a source said.
While it is still unclear whether Kesha, 29, will perform at Coachella, the pop star is lining up other performances, including at Nashville's Dylan Fest, a two-day event celebrating Bob Dylan's 75th birthday.
Kesha is in the midst of an ongoing legal battle with music producer Dr Luke that prevents her from recording new music outside of her Kemosabe Records and Sony Music contract.
She was denied a preliminary injunction in February after requesting to be let out of her contract on the grounds that Dr Luke abused her sexually, emotionally, and mentally.
The festival takes place from April 22 to 24.
