Saurabh Kumar Das, principal secretary of panchayat and rural development department said they have made everything time-bound as every job has to be done in a fixed time.
He said this also includes ease of doing business under which they have made it easier for anyone to establish a building.
During the day, the government also launched "Protikaar", a grievance redressal management system for Panchayati Raj institutions which allows anyone to lodge a complaint through a toll-free phone number, website and even through a postal letter.
