Khattar announces Rs 10 cr for Yogeshwar Dutt's village

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today announced to give Rs 10 crore for undertaking various developmental projects in the village of Olympic wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt here.
The projects include arrangement of canal-based drinking water supply, canal water for irrigation of farmlands and making concrete roads in village Bhainswal Kalan.
The Chief Minister was in the village to attend the wedding of the 2012 London Olympics bronze medallist who tied the nuptial knot with Sheetal Sharma today.
Extending heartfelt wishes and blessings to the newly weds, Khattar said Dutt had brought laurels to the village on the global stage through his hard work.
Accepting the demands raised by the villagers, Khattar directed the concerned officers to implement canal-based drinking water supply and also canal water for irrigation in the village fields.
On the demand of a government college in the village, Khattar said the state government had framed a policy for opening a government college at every 20 kms, and a college would be established in village Bhainswal Kalan after examination of the demand.
