The 30-year-old maid delivered cash to kidnappers as part of an undercover operation in which officers swooped once the money changed hands, the Gulf Daily News reported.
The women, who has not been identified, was employed by the same company as the Indian worker and she is the one first alerted their boss that he was being held hostage.
"The first time I went to give them the money, I drove off quickly after I saw a pick-up truck coming towards me because I was terrified," she told prosecutors.
"Policemen told me to meet the kidnappers a second time, but to stay a bit longer so they could arrest the suspects," she was quoted as saying by the paper.

"This time, I was more confident and wanted to help him and the police, so I agreed to meet them near a cold store in the same area a couple of hours after the initial mission. They called me and I spoke to them before I saw policemen arresting two Asian men on the street. They then told me that I had completed my part successfully," she said.
All the accused, who have been charged with abduction, torture and theft, have been granted bail.
However, only one of them appeared in the High Criminal Court for the first hearing to plead not guilty.
The trial was adjourned until November 13 to summon the rest of the suspects.
