Linares has brought a personal injury lawsuit against Kardashian, 35, two years after the accident that occurred in Beverly Hills, reported People magazine.
The lawsuit said the driver has "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability."
Linares is also suing the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star for past and future medical expenses, loss of income and property damage.
