The 34-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wants to avoid preeclampsia, which she suffered from when she was expecting first baby, North, reported Aceshowbiz.
Preeclampsia, a disorder during pregnancy, is characterised by high blood pressure and presence of protein in the urine.
Kardashian has hired a nutritionist to devise a weekly meal plan with two specific requirements, which were lots of water and a low sodium intake.
It is very different from her first pregnancy when she frequently ate donut.
She has decided to stick to the new meal plan after she was reminded that she might experience the same problems she had when she was expecting North.
