The 31-year-old, who shot to fame by being a part of 'Girls Aloud', consulted band members Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts about the details she planned to include in her book, reported Daily Star.

"You're never going to give 100 per cent. You always have to keep something back but it's still a truthful account of my last 30 years and that's the scary part. I'm scared of what people will think. I cried reading it, both happy and sad tears. I forgot how many things I'd done in my life," she said.
