The previous contract was to expire in December this year. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
The US-based BPO services firm in a statement today said: "It will continue to partner with Kimberly-Clark to provide and optimise F&A services, including a number of industry specific functions such as supply chain accounting."
Kimberly-Clark has been industrialising its business process operations through Genpact in 2007, when the company made the strategic decision to drive more cost-effective finance operations in order to focus on product innovation and customer service, it added.
Genpact provides a comprehensive range of services to its CPG clients in addition to trade promotions, integrated business planning, marketing optimisation and supply chain and inventory optimisation.
