Malaiyan Pakshirajan alias Balaji was admitted to Global Hospital here following an accident on September 8.
"The victim had sustained severe head injuries and there was internal bleeding and despite best efforts and a surgery, he slipped into the stage of brain death," Dr Joy Varghese of Global Hospital told PTI.
His harvested organs, a kidney each was provided to CMC Vellore and Global Hospital.
While the heart was given to Fortis Malar, the eyes were sent to SRM Hospital and liver to Apollo Hospital, he added.

From there, he was shifted to Global Hospital soon after he was found to have suffered severe head injury despite wearing a helmet.
Though doctors performed a brain surgery immediately after his admission, he did not respond to treatment and was declared brain dead on the night of September 11.
"It was a tough call to take. But we all thought though he has left us, he would give life to so many others," said his 74-year old father Malaiyan, a native of Srivilliputhur.
His mother Andal was the first one to moot the idea, said a family member. Though it was an irreparable loss to her, being the only son after five daughters, she chose to help others.
After the parents expressed their desire to donate the organs, his wife Janani also gave her consent.
