Kirloskar Brothers ink MoU with Peru's national water body

Kirloskar Brothers, flagship company of the USD 2.1 billion Kirloskar group, today said it has signed a deal with the National Water Authority of Peru (ANA) to help manage water resources in the Latin American country.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), KBL and ANA would share information as well as experience to implement of best practices in management of water resources in Peru, the company said in a release.
"The MoU with ANA marks a new beginning in the India-Peru relationship. The world is keenly following Latin America's mining companies and their performances. Mining companies in turn are looking at technology providers for solutions to help them achieve sustainable development.
"We are confident that the partnership will go a long way with our expertise and experience in fluid management systems," Kirloskar Brothers Executive Director Jayant Sapre said.
KBL is a fluid management solutions provider and the largest manufacturer and exporter of centrifugal pumps and valves, with a presence in Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America.
