The 63-year-old actress is making a return as the new face of Jenny Craig's weight loss and management campaign, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I'm thrilled to return home to Jenny Craig! I'm coming back because it works. I hope to be an inspiration to others who are looking to re-energise their weight loss goals," Alley said.
The 'Cheers' star was the face of the campaign seven years ago and had lost 75 pounds.
She maintained her 145 pounds figure for three years but lost control when she left the company in 2007.
