Chandy also released the logo of the event to be held from November 6 this year.
Speaking on the occasion, Chandy said the meet has been organised to introduce the quality of Kerala's agricultural products before different nations, thereby getting a global exposure and also to introduce new and world class technology in agriculture in Kerala.
The event is being held to embrace new technology in the agriculture and food processing in the state and to adopt professional approach in these sectors, he said.
The meet would also help farmers to adopt the latest technology in agriculture, introduce new methods of cultivation and understand the "best and next" in agriculture and agro-processing.
