Konkan train schedule to be changed for 10 days

: Train services on the Konkan railway network to and from Kerala would be affected for 12 days from January 30 to February 10 due to work on removal of scissor crossovers at Ernakulam junction, Konkan railway corporation here said.
The Madgaon-Ernakulam-Madgaon Express would bepartially cancelled between Aluva and Ernakulam on February 1, while several trains would be diverted via Kottayam, Ernakulam Town and Chengannur, the Corporation said in a release.
Trains being diverted include Kochuveli-Chandigarh Express leaving Kochuveli on Jan 30, Feb 1, 6 and 8,the Thiruvananthapuram-Lokamanya Tilak Terminal Express leaving Thiruvananthapuram on Jan 30 and Feb 10,Tirunelveli-Hapa Express leaving Tirunelveli onFeb 8, Kochuveli-Amritsar Express leaving Kochuveli on Feb 3 and 10,Porbandar-Kochuveli Express leavingPorbandar on Jan 28 and Feb 4 and the Amritsar-KochuveliExpress leaving Amritsar on Jan 31 and Feb 7, the release said.
