KPs bat for 'homeland' on Martyr's day

"We strongly advocate carving out of the homeland with union territory status in Kashmir Valley for over 3 lakh displaced KPs--we want to return to homeland in the Valley", Chairman of Panun Kashmir, Dr Ajay Chrungoo told reporters here today.

Wearing Panun Kashmir caps and badges, Panun Kashmir held protest sit-in at Press club where they paid floral tributes to martyrs of the community particularly Tika Lal Taploo.

"Our fight will continue for homeland- we will not stop till the goal in not achieved", Dr Chrungoo said.

The Joint Forum of KP Organisations- All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC), Panun Kashmir, Non Camp Migrant Coordination Committee (NMMCC) observed the Kashmiri Pandit Balidan Divas today and organised a protest demonstration outside the Raj Bhawan in Jammu city.
