Directed by R Balki and starring Akshay Kumar, the film is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who invented the first low-cost sanitary napkins in India.
The film, which will release on January 26, 2018, will be distributed globally by Sony.
The movie also features Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte.
