In a letter to Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar, Manjula alleged that the government did not consider the Commission's recommendations submitted in the aftermath of the Delhi gang rape incident to check violence against women.
The recommendations to provide relief to a girl who was pushed out of a running train and also girls going missing in parts of the state were not considered, she alleged.
She complained that the government did not care to seek its views on budget proposals to be presented on February eight.
The term of the KSCW Chairperson ends when the tenure of the BJP government comes to an end by this May.
C N Gayatridevi, member of the Commission, resigned along with Manjula, who assumed the post of Chairperson about two years ago.
