The KVIC will establish bee-keeping, spinning, weaving and stitching centres in both the villages and train the villagers so that they can earn a livelihood.
The commission will also implement other skill-oriented and employment-generating programmes for the villagers, and conduct sensitisation programmes for youth about the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP).
KVIC Chairman Vinai Kumar Saxena said both the villages will be developed as 'model' villages.
"We will also train the villagers about the bio-gas plants there, besides distributing charkhas (spinning wheels) and looms among the villagers," he said.
