The singer, 40, said she was totally spoilt on her big day and was left in disbelief when she opened her presents to find the luxury timepiece.
"Matt got me a stunning Rolex watch, which came as a complete surprise - I hadn't even dropped any hints!," said Marsh.
The raven-haired beauty also cried tears of joy at her birthday bash when her father made an emotional speech about her and she was overwhelmed at just how nice everyone was, reported Female First.
"My dad made a beautiful speech and said how proud he was to have me as his daughter, which had me in tears. I was very overwhelmed by how lovely everyone was to me," she said.
