L&T Finance to raise Rs 300 cr in debt

L&T Finance today said it will raise Rs 300 crore by issuing debentures on private placement basis.
"The company intends to issue secured, redeemable, non- onvertible debentures of Rs 300 crore on private placement basis", it said in a BSE filing.
