He has been tweeting the line daily since January when he was slammed for plagiarising a graphic novelist's work for his short film.
LaBeouf, who is promoting 'Nymphomaniac' at the Berlin International Film Festival, earlier arrived sporting a shaved-down tooth and disheveled appearance for the cast panel. During the conference, he answered just one question before making an exit.
When asked how it felt to be in a movie with such explicit sex scenes, LaBeouf said, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea." The actor, 27, then thanked the audience, got up and left.
LaBeouf's costars, including Uma Thurman and Christian Slater, looked stunned by his sudden departure - although they recovered quickly with a joke.

LaBeouf has been behaving strangely for over a month now, often getting in verbal as well as physical fights.
He also reportedly lunged at three men that tried to take a photo of him Saturday night. His most recent fight was in a London pub.
